We had a lovely day with Rosie on her Hobart and Huon Tour. The morning tea stop was delightful at a beachfront cafe. We then had a "step back in time moment" at the Channel Heritage Museum. Oh the memories of a bygone time. We then enjoyed a wine tasting and a beautiful light lunch. Rosie is full of local knowledge and passionate about this island. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their day.

We had so much fun on the Huon Food & Wine Tour! We tasted incredible local foods and the winery was beautiful. Willie Smith's is a real highlight and great introduction to Tassie ciders. I definitely recommend going on this tour!
